Register Plug & Play system with the local energy supplier
Plug & Play solar systems must be registered with the local electricity company. You can find the necessary declaration of conformity here in the download area.
If you are resident in the Primeo grid areayou can register as follows:
- Download the declaration of conformity for the system (here in the "Downloads" tab)
- Take a photo of the installed system and attach it to the registration form
- Registration takes place via Plug & Play registration
Please note that the registration link above is only valid for customers in the grid area of Primeo Energie, Aare Versorgungs AG (AVAG) and Elektra Gretzenbach AG (ELAG).
Feed-in remuneration
In terms of economic efficiency, it is crucial that as much solar power as possible is consumed directly by the customer. However, surplus electricity can be fed into the grid, for which the grid operator must pay a feed-in tariff. Please contact your responsible grid operator for the feed-in tariff. You will need a smart meter for the feed-in tariff. Once you have registered with the grid operator, they will check whether a meter needs to be replaced. If this is the case, you will be contacted accordingly. The meter change is free of charge for you.

- Does the LightMate balcony power station comply with the relevant regulations in Switzerland? Yes, EET as developer and manufacturer confirms compliance with the relevant EU standards and regulations.
- Can I operate several LightMates in one household? In Switzerland, up to 600W nominal power per household is permitted. We offer the 780W combination with one 300W microinverter per solar panel to meet the legal requirements.
- Are there any subsidies for the purchase of the LightMate Wall balcony power plant? Some municipalities offer individual subsidies for balcony power plants. Contact your local authority to find out whether there are any such programs.
- Do I need an electrician for installation? No, you can install the LightMate Wall balcony power station yourself in around 30-40 minutes.
- How long is the cable for the mains connection? The cable is 5 meters long and can be extended with an extension cable suitable for outdoor use if required.

Eine Katastrophe
Das Gerät gekauft, montiert, es funktioniert, aber die Registrierung ist eine Katastrophe. Das funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Wir haben das ganze 10 mal probiert und jedesmal sind wir gescheitert, ich habe dann angerufen und bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Wir haben das Gerät ja bei Euch gekauft dann sollte die Anmeldung doch eigentlich direkt über die Daten der Bestellung erfolgen ??
