Our primary goal is to satisfy our customers. That is why we only stock products that meet our high quality standards and that we are convinced of. Nevertheless, it can happen that a product does not fit, is not to your liking or is defective. In these cases, the following rules on returns and warranty apply.
Returns
We distinguish between returnable and non-returnable goods. Normally, all ordered goods can be returned. The exceptions to this are specially marked in the online shop and explained in detail below.
In principle, all returnable items can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Note: The goods must be new, unworn, unwashed and in original condition incl. label(s) and original packaging. The original packaging, e.g., shoes (shoe box), may not itself be used as return packaging.
The completed returns slip must be enclosed with the return. We also ask our customers to state the reason for their return so that we can make any necessary improvements to avoid unnecessary returns. The customer keeps the original invoice so that the items that are kept can be paid for. If payment has already been made, the amount of the returned items will be refunded to the customer via the same means of payment used.
Returns can be sent back by post or other shipping service providers. The costs are to be borne by the customer.
Please note that shipping and payment fees as well as any minimum quantity surcharges, transport insurance, climate protection contributions or other surcharges paid cannot be refunded.
Please also note that we cannot accept any responsibility for lost or delayed returns. We therefore recommend tracking the package with the package tracker. Responsibility is transferred to us as soon as the return has reached our warehouse. We will send the customer an e-mail confirming receipt of the return.

Functional underwear
Beauty products
Food
Items marked “This item cannot be returned”
Products ordered specifically for customers from suppliers
Custom products
If the above products are defective, incomplete or in poor condition, they can be returned. In this case, Primeo Management AG will endeavour to find an equivalent replacement. If this is not possible, the money already paid will be refunded.
The exchange or return of non-returnable products is generally not possible. Only in exceptional cases and by prior arrangement can an exchange or return be made. The maximum price basis for all returns and exchanges is always the current price valid on the day of the return or exchange. Products that have been specially ordered for the customer, as well as individually manufactured products, are completely excluded from return or exchange.
Warranty/guarantee
Since Primeo Management AG does not manufacture the products that it sells itself, it has no influence on the durability and functionality of the products or the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty conditions and duration of the manufacturer or Swiss law, which provides for a warranty period of 2 years, therefore always apply.
In the event of a warranty claim, the manufacturer provides for repair, replacement with an equivalent product or compensation in the amount of the current value, but no more than the purchase value of the product. In any case, the decision is up to the manufacturer.
A warranty service can only be provided if there are no reasons for exclusion, such as damage caused by incorrect manipulation or mechanical damage. This includes, for example, damage caused by the elements, moisture damage, fall and impact damage, excessive wear and tear, and defects resulting from interventions or modifications. Wearing parts, batteries, rechargeable batteries, lamps, etc., are also excluded from the warranty or have a reduced warranty period.
If the manufacturer or service partner charges costs in the event of a repair outside of the warranty obligation, these shall be borne by the customer. For products that have no detectable defects or the defect is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, Primeo Management AG or the manufacturer may pass on the costs of testing and shipping to the customer.
The warranty replacement or warranty repair does not extend the original warranty period. In all other respects, the statutory warranty provisions pursuant to Art. 197 et seq. OR apply. The customer is entitled to rectification, but not to rescission or reduction.
A defective item can be sent to the following address with the return slip/proof of purchase and a brief description of the defect. For this purpose, the defective goods and all accessories must be professionally packed. As soon as we have received the item, we will inform the customer about the repair and/or warranty process. Please note that we cannot refund any costs paid for shipping and payment or additional services even if a defective product is returned.
