We always want to be transparent when it comes to our customers. Placing an order online is quick and easy, but it’s not free. There are many employees behind the scenes: whether it’s packing and dispatching, getting the products from the warehouse, or processing the payment in the accounting department. Not to mention the shipping itself: parcel carriers drive across the country, logistics centres need electricity and manpower, as well as software and servers that track all the parcels. It’s not surprising that more energy, and thus more money, is required to ship heavier items than lighter ones. This is also reflected in our shipping costs, and particularly large and heavy items are marked with the appropriate label.
The same applies to payment costs. Every transaction incurs costs, part of which we pass on transparently to our customers. If we were to offer free delivery, we would have to hide the costs for the other services involved in the product price or cut back on quality. And neither is an option for us – we prefer to take our customers seriously and treat them as such.

Transport insurance, 2.9% of the order value
Shipping takes place with the utmost care. However, it can happen that the order is damaged or lost in transit. Unfortunately, this does not fall under our responsibility. Transport insurance is insurance for damage and loss that occurs on the transport route. This means that the goods are insured in any case – better safe than sorry.
Why should I take out transport insurance?
Transport insurance offers additional protection in the event of damage during transportation and ensures that the ordered goods are replaced quickly and easily (provided the goods are in stock).
Is my shipment not insured anyway?
In the event of damage during transportation, the transport company is primarily liable and must pay for the damage. This requires an evaluation of the party responsible for the damage, which requires extensive clarification with the transport service providers.
Do I have to take out transport insurance?
No, but transport insurance offers an additional service from the dealer in the event of damage during transport.
What is transport damage?
Transport damage is damage to the shipment that occurs during transportation of the goods from the SwissCommerce AG warehouse to the recipient.
What should I do if I have transport insurance and my shipment arrives damaged?
The defect in the shipment can be reported directly to our Customer Service Team via info@primeo-commerce.ch.
Payment options
On account, free of charge
The payment period is 30 days. We kindly ask our customers to adhere to this payment deadline so that we don’t have to charge unnecessary costs for dunning notices. Payment is easy and convenient by invoice. An invoice including a payment slip will be sent with the order. For new customers, the details are checked for accuracy and creditworthiness before the goods are dispatched (this does not delay dispatch).
Credit check:
If you select the “On account” payment method, we will carry out an external credit check of your household. If everything is in order, you can pay “On account”. The payment period is then 30 days. Each time a billing address is changed, a new credit check is carried out. If “Purchase on account” is not possible, you have the option of filling out the form by clicking on the corresponding link. You will then receive feedback on your request as soon as possible. For fast order processing, you can always pay by card or Twint.
Billing and delivery addresses are different:
If the billing and delivery addresses are entered differently for an order, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is selected so that the correct recipient receives the delivery.
Credit card, free of charge
We accept MasterCard and VISA cards as means of payment. Please note that the credit card will be charged even if the goods are not yet available at the time of placing the order. In the event of cancellation, we will refund the amount to the credit card used. This payment option is free of charge.
TWINT, free of charge
The order is paid for directly via the mobile app using a TWINT account. This payment option is free of charge.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you split an order, we charge an additional fee of CHF 4.90. This fee will be invoiced with the order and is non-refundable.
Minimum quantity surcharge
We charge a minimum quantity surcharge of CHF 9.00 for orders under CHF 50.00.
Thanks to the minimum quantity surcharge, our customers benefit from cheaper prices on small products.
Why do I as a customer benefit from the minimum quantity surcharge?
In general, our internal processing time is disproportionately high for orders containing a small number of inexpensive products. But we still want to be able to offer our customers the best price. Particularly inexpensive items (e.g., batteries or small accessories) are often bought together with expensive items or with several of the same items. In this case, we incur fewer internal costs because the processing time decreases as the number of products in the same order increases compared to an individual order. We have therefore decided to reduce the price of such inexpensive products. At the same time, however, we have to charge a minimum quantity surcharge for orders under CHF 50.00 to cover our internal costs. It therefore makes sense to buy several inexpensive products in one go or to purchase them together with other products.
The order value is calculated as the value of the goods minus any vouchers. We therefore kindly ask you to ensure that the order value is above the minimum order value after the deduction of any vouchers.
