Sicherheit für zu Hause
Ich bin vom Kevin wirklich begeistert. Schon beim Auspacken merkt man, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und durchdachtes Design gelegt wurde. Die Installation war in wenigen Minuten erledigt, und seitdem läuft das Gerät absolut zuverlässig. Besonders praktisch finde ich die Steuerung per App – intuitiv, schnell und perfekt für den Alltag. Ob zu Hause oder im Geschäft: Der Kevin erfüllt genau das, was man sich von einem modernen Gerät dieser Art erwartet. Klare Empfehlung!

Zusätzlicher Schutz
Als zusätzlichen Schutz während des Tages (wo keine Lichteffekte, sondern Alltagsgeräusche Einbrecher abhalten) - aber auch als Ergänzung zu Zeitschaltuhren, damit auch Bewegung simuliert wird - ist es sehr zu empfehlen.

Funktioniert
App ist einfach aufgebaut - Geofencing, d.h. wenn man aus dem Haus geht, wird Kevin aktiv, ist sehr sinnvoll. Geräusche aufnehmen auch interessant (Hundebellen,...) Für ein Haus würde ich jedoch 2-3 Kevins empfehlen - unterschiedliche Räume und Stockwerke, so dass der Eindruck verbessert wird, dass jemand zu Hause ist. Ebenso muss die Lautstärke höher gestellt werden, damit man es gut hört (das Geklirre des Geschirrs, Stimmen, ...). Ist sicherlich auch sinnvoll mit anderen Massnahmen zu kombinieren

Neue Kevin-Mitipi App nun super
Soeben wurde die neue Kevin-Mitipi App lanciert. Bravo an die Entwickler! Jetzt ist es einfach, eigene Geräusche aufzunehmen, die Ferien zu planen oder mit Geofencing den Kevin automatisch simulieren zu lassen, sobald man das Haus verlässt. So wie ich von Mitipi in Fribourg/Freiburg erfahren habe, sind sie aktuell daran, weitere KI-Funktionen zu entwickeln und in Kürze über die App zu lancieren. Damit werden die Präsenzsimulationen noch besser.

Miserable App
Die Idee des KEVIN ist super, nur bei der App wurde gespart. Diese funktioniert, wenn überhaupt nur sehr unzuverlässig und ist nicht in jedem Fall logisch aufgebaut.
