EcoMate Stand - balcony power station to stand on

EcoMate Stand - Flexible solar energy for gardens, patios andflat roofs

The EcoMate Stand offers you a compact, robust and efficient way of using solar energy in the garden, on the patio or on a flat roof. With its variable installation at an angle of 25° or 65°, the EcoMate Stand ensures optimum performance in summer and winter.

  • Versatile installation: Flexible on garden, terrace, flat roof or carport.
  • Integrated inverter: Saves time during installation.
  • Weather resistance: Robustness and stability even in harsh conditions.
  • Simple connection: Connect the power cable directly to the socket.
  • High-quality solar modules: Efficient modules from Hyundai, known for durability.

With the EcoMate Stand, you can use your own solar energy efficiently by mounting the solar panel on flat surfaces such as the garden, terrace or flat roof. The specially designed steel brackets allow secure installation at angles of 25° or 65° to achieve optimum orientation for summer and winter months.

The inverter is already installed on the back of the solar panel, which simplifies and speeds up installation. After installation, simply connect the power cable to a socket and the system will feed the energy generated into your home's grid.

This significantly reduces your electricity costs, as your electrical appliances primarily use the solar power generated. Surplus energy is automatically and maintenance-free fed into the public grid, allowing you to make additional savings.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

  • Does the EcoMate Stand balcony power plant comply with the relevant regulations in Switzerland? Yes, EET as developer and manufacturer confirms compliance with the relevant EU standards and regulations.
  • Can I operate several LightMates in one household? In Switzerland, up to 600W nominal power per household is permitted. We offer the 780W combination with one 300W micro inverter per solar panel to meet the legal requirements.
  • Are there any subsidies for the purchase of the LightMate Wall balcony power plant? Some municipalities offer individual subsidies for balcony power plants. Contact your local authority to find out whether there are any such programs.
  • Do I need an electrician for installation? No, you can install the LightMate Wall balcony power station yourself in around 30-40 minutes.
  • How long is the cable for the mains connection? The cable is 5 meters long and can be extended with an extension cable suitable for outdoor use if required.

Registering the Plug & Play system with the local grid operator

In Switzerland, low-voltage electrical products must meet the requirements of the Ordinance on Low-Voltage Electrical Products (NEV; SR 734.26) in order to be placed on the market. This also applies to plug-and-play systems. For safety reasons, plug-and-play solar installations must therefore be reported in writing to the local grid operator before commissioning.

Plug & Play solar energy systems must be reported in writing to the local grid operator before commissioning. Please contact your local grid operator to find out the registration requirements.

You must enclose the declaration of conformity for the product for registration. The declarations of conformity for all plug-and-play systems offered in the store can be found below:

Feed-in tariff

In terms of cost-effectiveness, it is crucial that as much solar power as possible is consumed directly. However, surplus electricity can be fed into the grid, for which the grid operator must pay a feed-in tariff. Please contact your responsible grid operator for the feed-in tariff. You will need a smart meter for the feed-in tariff. Once you have registered with the grid operator, they will check whether a meter needs to be replaced. If this is the case, you will be contacted accordingly. The meter change is free of charge for you.
