Functional and almost invisible: the fully integrated dishwasher

As a fully integrated model, this dishwasher can be discreetly integrated into your fitted kitchen without detracting from its overall appearance. This is because the control panel is usually located on the top edge of the door and is operated when the door is open. You can use a front panel that matches the rest of your kitchen as a decor. Such a front panel is not included with the appliance, but is usually available from kitchen manufacturers in many different colors and designs. As the fully integrated dishwasher is positioned directly under the worktop, it does not have a load-bearing top panel. Some models use a colored light directed at the kitchen floor to indicate whether the wash program is still running, while others even display the remaining time with a small projector. There is a recess at the bottom of the front for the kitchen's uniform skirting board.

Mobile and flexible: the cutlery basket

One of the distinguishing features of the cutlery basket is that you can place it almost anywhere, depending on how full the lower basket of your dishwasher is. As it is mobile, you can carry it to your cutlery drawer after the wash cycle, making it easier to put away the clean cutlery. On the other hand, you can also do without it altogether if you only have larger items to clean than cutlery. As dishwashers with a cutlery basket do not usually have a cutlery drawer, you have a little more space available in the upper basket for long-stemmed glasses and similar items.
