What is the rangeof the Bluetooth Bridge?

The Bluetooth Bridge has a maximum range of 90 meters for all Bluetooth devices. The WLAN range depends on the respective WLAN router, on average this is around 50 meters.

Why does the Smart Sensor need aBluetooth Bridge?

The Smart Sensors are battery-operated. A WLAN connection would use up the battery too quickly.
