Beautifully compliant
As one of the few module inverters available on the market, our inverter is 100% compliant with Swiss legislation. All our sets therefore have a Swiss declaration of conformity.
Plug it in and off you go!
We have placed great emphasis on simple installation for our balcony power plants. All you need to do is plug the cables together and your electricity starts flowing. With our balcony brackets, you can simply hang the solar panels vertically or at an angle on the railing.
You can easily monitor the electricity you produce via an app (for iOS and Android).
Solution for tenants
Would you like to produce your own solar power, but aren't sure what you need to consider?
The following applies here: Tenants need the landlord's consent for everything that is installed outside the rental property (specifically: outside the balcony railing or façade). This is because the landlord (and not the tenant) could be held liable in the event of any damage caused by a falling solar panel. This has often meant that tenants have not received permission and have therefore not had the benefit of balcony solar installations.
Landlords can grant permission on the condition that the panels are installed professionally and that tenants assume liability for any damage. A model agreement was drawn up for this purpose together with Casafair and the tenants' association.
