Possible procedure after ordering a charging station including installation

You order the charging station including installation service. After the order, your relevant data for the installation will be forwarded to the responsible installation partner, in this case cablex.

cablex will contact you directly within 5 to 7 working days after receiving the installation data. This can be done by phone or email.

In this phase (either directly upon initial contact or in a separate discussion/appointment), cablex will clarify the details of the planned installation with you. This may include:

Clarification of local conditions (installation location of the charging station, routing of the supply line, position of the meter cabinet, special requirements of the grid operator).
Discussion of technical requirements and your specific wishes.
Answering your questions about the installation.
Possibly a first estimate of the effort and any additional work that might go beyond the standard installation scope.

After clarifying the details, a suitable date for the installation will be arranged with you. The availabilities of the cablex technicians (who are assigned "nationwide at the right place, at the right time") will be coordinated with your preferred dates.

You may receive instructions on how to prepare for the installation appointment (e.g., ensuring access to the installation site, etc.).

On the agreed date, the qualified cablex technician will come to your location, carry out the necessary work, and complete the installation of the charging station, which was previously delivered by Primeo Energie.
