More flexible kitchen planning with a built-in oven

Compared to a classic hob/oven combination, the built-in oven offers you more freedom in terms of appliance combinations and kitchen planning in general. This is because, provided the necessary connection is available, you can have the built-in appliance installed in any suitable conversion or tall unit. A higher oven is not only easier to use - and can even be adjusted more or less to your height - but it also looks modern and aesthetically pleasing. Below the cooking area, you have more space for storing less frequently used utensils. The vertical or horizontal combination with a second appliance, such as a built-in steamer or a built-in microwave, can also be a reason to opt for a built-in oven.

Baking on several levels with circulating hot air

When baking with circulating hot air, a fan at the back of the oven circulates the heat. As the food is heated faster and more efficiently than with pure top and bottom heat, you can usually select a slightly lower temperature. The convection system also allows you to bake on several levels at the same time with comparable results for the same or very similar food.
