The LotusGrill has an in-built, battery-powered fan that circulates fresh air around the charcoal, meaning the embers are constantly ventilated so the BBQ produces almost no smoke when lit. The BBQ is ready to use in just 3-4 minutes.
The LotusGrill can be powered by batteries or the USB cable supplied (USB power supply is not included in the scope of delivery).
The dial regulates the fan, giving you precise control over the temperature of the BBQ. The risk of flying sparks and falling embers is minimised as combustion takes place inside a closed basket inside the BBQ.
Fat from grilling food is drained off via the stainless steel plate in the middle of the grid grate and collected in the inner bowl of the LotusGrill, meaning it does not come into contact with the charcoal. This has the effect of reducing the smoke produced during cooking to a minimum.
For best results and minimal smoke, the LotusGrill safety fuel gel and LotusGrill charcoal are recommended. The lighter gel and charcoal are not included in the scope of delivery.
